Conquer Your Test-Taking Fears

Taking tests is a given in college life and for many people, this can strike fear and cause self-doubt. The best way to conquer those fears is by being prepared and by using tried and true test-taking strategies.

If you have an overwhelming fear of taking tests, you may be experiencing test anxiety. Wikipedia defines text anxiety as “a physiological condition in which people experience extreme stress, anxiety, and discomfort during and/or before taking a test.
