Pictured above is Sam Hill, a dedicated Rio Salado Peer Mentor and student who understands first-hand how valuable a peer mentor can be. “As a peer mentor and student, I’m able to relate directly with students I work with and share my experiences with them,” said Hill. “I can help share some of the mistakes I made early on and what I wish I had known first starting out. I believe so many students could benefit from a model like this and by having a peer mentor.”
