The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) has recognized John Bastian, coordinator of student life, for his outstanding achievements on behalf of the
Rio Salado chapter and its student members.
"Through dedication and commitment, John has effectively motivated society members to attain individual goals, demonstrate leadership and prepare for the real world by continually striving for success," said the award letter sent by NSLS President Charles Knippen.
The letter goes on to say that Bastian has "inspired students to serve as a powerful force of good by encouraging and organizing action that results in positive impacts" in our community.
"The National Society of Leadership and Success is an organization that presents positive opportunities for Rio Salado students," said Bastian. "I am grateful to the NSLS for this recognition."
