  • Greece Display – Near Café @ Rio
  • Baklava served in the Café @ Rio - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Themed videos and library display – Café at Rio, - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Soft Music played outside/inside - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Activity – International Board Games in Amphitheater - 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Café at Rio lunch special: Spanakopita with Greek Village Salad, $6.99

Daily Prizes!
All International Education Week participants will be entered into a drawing to win a prize. One entry per person per day. Participants are required to sign in for in-person activities hosted at the Tempe headquarters to be eligible. Can't make an event? Submit a photo and caption of a related activity to to be entered into the drawing.

International Education Week is an annual initiative led by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to help promote the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. Rio Salado is proud to take part in the bureau’s efforts to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries by means of educational and cultural exchange that assist in the development of peaceful relations.
