The final Spring Cooking Workshops are coming up soon!

Americans love our pizza. Whether you pick it up, fold it, or fork and knife it – it’s one of America’s favorite foods. The employees at your favorite pizza joint sure know how to make a pizza, but if you’re a pizza prepping newbie, the CafĂ© at Rio can help.

The Pizza for Beginners Workshop will be held on Thursday, April 13 from 6-8 p.m. Join us for cheesy, saucy, doughy deliciousness.

Registration is also open for Basic Knife Cuts for Beginners on Thursday, April 27 from 6-8 p.m! Learn how to dice, brunoise, julienne and mince - plus receive pointers for sharpening your knives. This is an awesome opportunity to whip up some evening snacks and bring home some impressive skills to use in your own kitchen.
