According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, more than 130 people die after overdosing on opioids every day in the United States. 

Learn how we got here, how this public health crisis is impacting our communities and what tools are available to help make recovery possible by taking part in a community discussion this Friday with Rio Salado’s Faculty Chair of Addiction and Substance Use Disorders program Kirk Bowden, who is a leading authority on the subject.
