Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Rio Salado College.

Each year from September 15 to October 15, Hispanic Heritage month is recognized by celebrating histories, cultures and contributions from those whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.

The mid-September dates coincide with the independence days of seven Latin American countries. The observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month was passed into law in 1988 by President Ronald Reagan.
